W pracy przedstawiony został przebieg kampanii wielkopolsko-kujawskiej, która trwała dziewięć miesięcy, od lutego do października 1716 r. This essay is dedicated to the figure of Henry Gally Knight, a well-known british expert of medieval architecture, who decided to reach Sicily in 1836 to complete his Norman architecture investigations, together with the architect George Moore. Concise asymmetric synthesis of Linezolid through catalyzed Henry reaction

A new asymmetric synthesis of the antibiotic Linezolid was performed through a copper-catalyzed Henry reaction as the key step. The use of camphor-derived aminopyridine ligands helped to improve the yields of the chiral precursor and to obtain Linezolid in good overall yield and enantiomeric excess.

ASYMMETRIC SYNTHESIS OF LINEZOLID THROUGH CATALYZED HENRY REACTION

Linezolid 1 is an antibacterial oxazolidinone approved by FDA in 2000 for the treatment of fastidious bacterial infections.1 The asymmetric synthesis of Linezolid-like molecules make use of the chiral pool approach, through the so-called Manninen reaction.2 This strategy requires the use of BuLi, low temperature and a long elaboration of the acetamide chain. Curiously, the only catalyzed approach toward the asymmetrical synthesis of Linezolid was just recently reported, and belongs to the use of proline-derived catalysts in aldol reactions as the key step.3 This procedure is quite interesting except for the low yield. International audience; Ma communication s’inscrit comme une réflexion sur les conditions de traduction d'Henri Maldiney, penseur polyglotte, pour lequel la langue est un matériau ontologique, à une époque de spécialisation disciplinaire, de reflux du marché de la traduction des textes philosophiques lié à la concentration du monde éditorial déjà largement commentée. Je souhaiterais apporter des éléments de réflexion à partir du cas de Maldiney afin de voir dans quelle mesure les traductions de ces textes, encore inchoatives, s’inscrivent dans ce schéma et quelles perspectives se dégagent. Je m’attacherai également à souligner l’apport potentiel de la traductologie pour un semblable projet.
